At Skyler Events, we specialize in Wedding Management (often referred to as Day-Of Coordination). Our signature package is designed for couples who have secured their vendor team and completed much of the planning on their own, but need expert support to bring the final details together.

Our service model focuses on building relationships with your vendor team, creating a thoughtfully paced timeline, and attending to the small, meaningful details that make the day reflect you and your partner. Our goal is for you to be fully present on your wedding day, fall in love with your partner all over again — and not worry about logistics!

The Experience

Consultation

During our 30-minute consultation, we will discuss your priorities, goals, and what matters most to you and your partner. You will be able to share where you are in the planning process. I will share a detailed explanation of what it will look like to work together.

Planning

Planning involves creating an organized path from engagement to wedding day. Starting 12 weeks before your wedding, I will serve as the main point of contact for your vendors, guide you in making decisions that align with your goals, and help manage the many details and tasks that come with the planning process.

Wedding Day

We have two goals on your wedding day. First, to ensure that you and your partner feel at ease and, second, to create a smooth, welcoming experience for your guests. Our team will manage the logistics to bring your vision to life—coordinating vendors, styling décor, handling unexpected challenges, and ensuring the day flows as planned.

Our Services

The Signature Wedding Management Package begins 12 weeks before the wedding day and includes 3 planning meetings, full vendor coordination, the creation of a personalized timeline and reception layout, a venue final walk-through, coordination of the ceremony rehearsal, decor set-up, and full event management on the day of the wedding.
